This painting is my first figure painting, done in 2012. After a bit of journeying, she’s been returned to me and i’m ready to send her out into the world again! She is being offered at a reduced price because there is some mild weirdness happening; there are some crystalized droplets of varnish on the piece, its not super noticeable, but feel free to write me for photos of that area.
This painting is so special to me; it was my first figure painting, my first self portrait, and the painting that put me on my current art trajectory.
‘Rebirth’ is oil on linen and measures 30”x40” and is signed on the back.
